Sun & Moon

a family board by inkbench

Turn your old iPad into the family board.

Chores, the week’s plans and tonight’s dinner on one screen. You change it from your phone.

01

Big chores, small steps

Clean your room opens into steps a seven-year-old can follow. Each step earns 5 stars.

Morning, anytime and bedtime lists keep the day in order. The board always shows the next step.

02

The whole week on the wall

Practice, lessons and visits for everyone, with a name on every event.

Tonight’s dinner sits on the board too. Either parent can change the plans from their phone.

03

Stars they can spend

You choose the rewards and their price in stars. Kids ask from the iPad, and you decide.

Movie night, a pick for Friday’s dinner, a weekend outing. If you say no, the stars go back.

Enough stars for Friday’s dinner.
04questions

Which iPads work?

Built for iPads on iOS 12 or later, so a 2013 iPad Air still works.

Ours runs on a first-generation iPad Air.

Can the kids change things?

They can tick off their chores, ask for a reward and ask for help.

Chores, rewards and settings sit behind a 6-digit parent passcode.

Why Sun and Moon?

The board turns to the Moon at bedtime and back to the Sun in the morning, at the times you set.

Kids see a rotating Sun fact by day and the Moon’s phase at night.

Do both parents get it?

Yes. Each parent pairs a phone with the board and changes chores, plans and rewards from there.

What do $19 and $29 mean?

The app costs $29 once, with no subscription and no Inkbench account. Early access gets you the same app for $19.

I built Sun & Moon for my own family, on an iPad we already had.

Family wall screens cost hundreds of dollars, and some charge every year for chore rewards.

This one runs on an iPad you own, for one price, with the rewards included.
